We will make every effort to inform you of any changes to the schedule. ### Exhibitor Move-In **Wednesday, January 21** (20' x 20' or larger booths) 10:00 am - 5:00 pm **Thursday, January 22** (all exhibitors) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ### Exhibit Hall Dates & Hours **Thursday, January 22** 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm **Friday, January 23** 9:30 am - 4:00 pm **Saturday, January 24** 9:30 am - 3:30 pm  ### Exhibitor Move-Out **Saturday, January 24** 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm   ### Important Dates Check back often as these are subject to change. #### September 1, 2026 Final payment due #### September 1, 2026 Final payment due #### September 1, 2026 Final payment due ### Exhibit Payment Terms & Cancellations Upon receipt of the signed application/contract and assignment of exhibit space, a **50% deposit** will be required. An invoice for deposit will be sent for payment, which will be due within 15 business days of receipt of the invoice. All exhibit space must be paid for IN FULL by **September 1, 2026**. If payment isn't received by the due date, it may be assigned to another exhibitor at the discretion of NANS. No exhibit space can be held until a signed application/contract is received. Should an exhibitor cancel or make a reduction for any reason, it shall notify NANS in writing and the following feeds with be incurred: ### Space Cancellation **On or Before September 1, 2026** 50% of exhibit booth/business suite/sponsor level fee **After September 1, 2026** 100% of exhibit booth/business suite/sponsor level fee ### Space Reduction **On or Before September 1, 2026** 25% of the difference between the original fee and reduced fee **After September 1, 2026** 50% of the difference between the original fee and reduced fee ## Questions?
