Virtual space selection gives past exhibitors the opportunity to select their preferred booth location and size for the 2027 event remotely.
When is Booth Space Selection?
Space Selection will be held on Tuesday, March 24 and Wednesday, March 25. You will receive a detailed email including your actual date and time to be available to select booth space. The date and time will be assigned based on your Company’s Priority Point order.
Who is eligible to participate in virtual space selection?
Virtual space selection is available to 2026 exhibitors who have submitted their 2027 contract.
During your scheduled time, you will join a virtual meeting to meet with the NANS exhibit sales team to review the live floorplan and select your preferred booth location and size.
Do I need to submit my contract before space selection?
Yes, please submit a completed contract prior to your assigned date & time. As a returning NANS 2026 exhibitor, you have the exclusive opportunity to secure space with 2026 booth pricing before booth rates increase on March 26, 2026.
If I am unable to submit a contract before space selection, can I still participate?
Yes, however a signed contract will be due within 48 hours of securing your booth.
Is payment required to secure a booth during space selection?
No, payment is not required to participate in space selection.
Once a booth is assigned, an invoice for the deposit will be issued and due within 30 business days of receipt.
What if I cannot attend my scheduled selection time?
If you are unable to select during your assigned time, please contact NANSPartners@360livemedia.com to discuss alternative options.
Can I see which booths are available before my selection time?

When will I receive my Booth Space Confirmation?
Confirmations will be emailed two weeks after space selection.
