• Exhibitors must always wear badges during set-up, open hours, and tear-down to enter the Exhibit Hall.

• Anyone working at your booth during open hours, including models or demonstrators, must be registered and properly/modestly clothed.

• Badge sharing of any kind is NOT permitted. If Exhibitors are found to be sharing badges, then it will result in the immediate removal of those badges, a decrease in badge allotment for the following year, and a loss of priority points.

• Children under 18 will not be permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

• If any of your staff have Attendee badges they will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during set-up and tear-down. 

• Your company gets a limited number of complimentary Exhibit Hall Only badges based on booth size. Additional Exhibit Hall Only badges can be purchased for $350 (quantities are based on booth size).

• Access: These badges allow access to the Exhibit Hall during set-up, open hours, and tear-down. They DO NOT allow access to educational sessions or other industry sponsored lunch symposia. 

• Exhibitor Registration is available for you to register your personnel for your booth.
• NANS Registration will send the main contact, as noted on your application, an email with the Exhibitor Code to login. If you have not received an email check your spam folder and if you still don’t see it contact NANS Registration at nansannual2027@jade.mcievents.com for assistance.

Your company may purchase Exhibitor Full Conference badges for:

• Early Bird - $910 Member / $1,525 Non-Member 
• Regular - $960 Member / $1,575 Non-Member
• Final - $1,010 Member / $1,625 Non-Member

Access: These badges allow access to the Exhibit Hall (during set-up, open hours, and tear-down), educational sessions, and receptions. They DO NOT include continuing education credits nor allow entry into other industry sponsored lunch symposia.

If an employee of your company wishes to claim CE credit, they should register through attendee registration under the appropriate category that best describes their role.

Please note: These deadlines apply to paid Exhibitor Full Conference badges. Exhibit Hall Only badges (if additional paid badges are needed beyond your complimentary allotment) are available at the same fee the entire time.

• Exhibit Hall Only badges (paid) are refundable, minus a $50 processing fee, if submitted by December 21, 2026. After this date registration fees are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be provided except as outlined under Exception Circumstances.

• Exhibitor Full Conference badges are refundable, minus a $150 processing fee, if submitted by December 21, 2026. After this date registration fees are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be provided except as outlined under Exceptional Circumstances.

• Pre-conference course fees (for Exhibitor Full Conference badges) are refundable, minus a $50 processing fee, if submitted  by December 21, 2026. After this date pre-conference course fees are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be provided except as outlined under Exceptional Circumstances.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Contributions for the NANS 2027 Annual Meeting pin and donations to ION are non-refundable.
• If an exhibitor “no-shows” for the meeting no refund or credit of the registration fee will be provided.

NANS recognizes that serious, unforeseen events may prevent attendance. Requests for consideration under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing at nansannual2027@jade.mcievents.com and may require documentation. If a request is approved, NANS may provide a partial refund.

Situations that may qualify include:

• Death in the immediate family

• Serious personal illness or injury

• Government-imposed travel restrictions

• Natural disaster

The following do not qualify as exceptional circumstances:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Clinic or staffing issues

• Change of plans

• Failure to obtain travel documents

• Other routine professional or personal obligations

Sponsor level packages include a limited number, depending on the package level, of complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference badges with additional Exhibitor Full Conference badges for a discounted fee: 

• Early Bird - $575 Member / $675 Non-Member

• Regular - $625 Member / $725 Non-Member
• Final - $675 Member / $775 Non-Member
