The Headshot Studio, located just outside the Exhibit Hall, is a highly brandable, unique sponsorship opportunity that provides attendees with a new professional digital headshot while increasing your lead generation during the event.

  • Sponsor logo/banner can be on the site the attendees scan to sign up and access their headshot.
  • A push notification highlighting the Headshot Studio
  • Sponsor recognition on signage at Headshot Studio
  • Opportunity to have a company representative engage with attendees and scan badges for lead generation.
Recharge & Reflect Zone-1

Recharge & Reflect Zone | $10,000

Offer attendees a space to relax, recharge their devices, and prepare for the next educational session. The Recharge & Reflect Zone within one of our conference meeting rooms provides valuable downtime while keeping your brand top of mind. Sponsors may also provide approved literature or promotional materials for attendees to take as they recharge.

Daily Sponsor Exhibitor Social Highlight-1

Daily Sponsor Exhibitor Social Highlight | $3,500

Put your organization in the spotlight with a dedicated daily video feature shared during the conference. Each highlighted sponsor will receive an approximately 40–60 second video introducing the company, highlighting its areas of expertise, and inviting attendees to visit the sponsor’s booth in the exhibit hall. These short-form video highlights will be promoted through NANS daily onsite eNewsletter, providing an engaging way to increase visibility and drive attendee traffic to exhibiting sponsors. Limited to one featured sponsor per day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Intention Tree-2

Intention Tree | $3,000

Invite attendees to reflect on their goals and share what they hope to accomplish during the conference by adding a message to the Intention Tree. This interactive activation fosters engagement, inspiration, and community while placing your organization alongside a meaningful attendee experience that evolves throughout the meeting.
